Established in June 2005, Event Management International provides a ‘one-stop-shop’ for your event management requirements. We specialise in:
- The organisation of conferences for the financial services sector in Ireland. These range in size from 40 delegates to 400
- Provide professional financial services training seminars
incorporating CPD accreditation (for e.g. Consumer Protection
Code Seminar & the Consumer Compliance Seminar)
- Client specific custom made sponsorship packages
- In-house and/or off-site motivational training seminars (bespoke training packages)
- Awards ceremonies for business
How we do it
Planning
- Research and develop the conference programme
- Conduct venue research, selection and negotiation
- Produce and maintain the event budget
- Design, promote and sell sponsorship and exhibition packages
- Source appropriate Audio Visual services (e.g. lighting, staging, projection etc)
- Source all other relevant suppliers and essential service providers
- Database development and maintenance
- Source innovative entertainment solutions for events (e.g. motivational speakers, musicians, dance acts etc)
Marketing
- Develop event branding and design concepts
- Coordinate all event marketing activities
- Mail shots to event database
- Advertisements
- Promotional brochures and flyers
- Research, approach and engage relevant media partnerships
Delegate & Speaker Management
- Identify, approach and engage high-caliber conference speakers
from the business & finance sectors, the political arena,
academia, the world of sport and entertainment
(e.g. Government ministers, internationally renowned sports personalities, senior business and finance executives etc)
- Maintain close liaison with speakers in the build-up to events and manage their needs on-site
- Publish speaker presentations to the event website following the event
- Provide Delegate registration services either online, via fax, telephone and email
- Manage payments –cash, credit card, purchase order
processing etc
On-site event management
- Efficiently and professionally manage the delivery of events whilst on-site. Maintain close liaison with all service providers and oversee the smooth execution of the conference programme
- Design and print on-site event materials including name badges, delegate packs, menu cards and signage
- Manage on-site registration of all delegates and speakers
- Source and provide photography and filming services
Ancillary Services
- Manage all event financials –cash collection, bank
reconciliation, VAT returns, detailed financial reporting (profit
and loss accounts etc)
- Using feedback from delegates, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors conduct a thorough post-event evaluation process
